How to Use the Template Manager
Open the Template Manager
- Access the AddOn from the NinjaTrader 8 menu (Tools).
Select Operation
- Choose either Import or Export from the Operation dropdown menu.
Importing Templates
- Select "Import" as the operation.
- Browse and select the ZIP archive containing the templates you wish to import.
- Navigate to the folder where you want to import the templates, or check the box next to the desired destination folder in the list.
- Choose the specific templates or folders you want to import.
- Click "Import" to add them to your NinjaTrader 8 platform in the selected location.
Exporting Templates
- Select "Export" as the operation.
- Browse through the list of available templates and select the ones you want to export.
- You can select multiple templates or entire folders.
- Click "Export" and choose a location to save the ZIP archive containing your selected templates.
Confirmation
- When exporting multiple items, you will be prompted to confirm if you want to export all selected templates/folders into a single ZIP archive.
Done!
Your templates are now imported or exported as needed.
