Where can I review the list of products before purchasing a subscription?

You have access to a 7-day free trial, during which you can download and use all products with no credit card required and no automatic renewal.

Do I need Order Flow+ to use the Elite plan?

Some tools included in the Elite subscription — such as certain ML.NET-based auto strategies — require a NinjaTrader 8 license with Order Flow+ enabled.
If your license does not include Order Flow+, you can still access most features in the Elite plan, but a few advanced strategies may not function as intended.

Are updates included?

Yes. Active members receive regular updates and new tools as they are released.

Do I get support?

Basic support is available to all users Elite users receive priority support including online meetings if desired.

Can I use tools on more than one computer?

You can use the products on any computer using your NinjaTrader account.

How do I access the tools after subscribing?

After subscribing, go to your member account and download the full archive. It includes all import files and installation instructions.

Do I need NinjaTrader 8?

Yes. All tools and strategies are built specifically for NinjaTrader 8. Other platforms are not supported.

Are machine learning strategies included?

Only in the Elite plan. These auto strategies are powered by ML.NET and provide adaptive, data-driven logic.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account dashboard. Changes will take effect with the next billing cycle.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Essential gives access to indicators and basic auto strategies. Professional adds ATM modules and trading tools. Elite unlocks everything — including ML.NET-based strategies, addons,analytics tools, and priority support.

Will I get a reminder before expiration?

Yes. NinjaTrader will display a notification inside the platform when your license is close to expiring. No email reminders are sent, so we still recommend tracking your renewal date manually.

Can I renew early?

Yes. You can renew your plan at any time from your account dashboard — before or after expiration.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your tools will stop working inside NinjaTrader once your license is inactive. You’ll still be able to log in and renew at any time.

Are subscriptions automatically renewed?

No. All subscriptions are manual. You’ll need to log in and renew manually if you want continued access after your billing period ends.

Do all plans include a free trial?

Yes. All plans come with a 7-day free trial. 

What is included in a subscription?

Each subscription gives you access to trading tools based on your membership level — including indicators, auto strategies, ATM modules, analytics, and more.

Where can I find instructions on how to use your products?

Each membership plan includes a single downloadable archive containing all available tools.Inside the archive, every product is organized in its own folder, and each folder includes a PDF manual with detailed parameters and usage instructions. Rank and Token Rewards System

What is the Rank and Token Rewards System?

The rank and token reward system takes into account your participation in the community, including activity, reviews, and plan purchases.
By interacting and subscribing, you earn tokens and increase your rank.
Ranks unlock exclusive community privileges and indicate the level of your contribution.
Tokens can be accumulated and redeemed for benefits within the platform – such as subscription plan renewals, or custom development discount.
Your activity directly affects your experience – the more you participate, the more you get in return.

How do I earn ranks and tokens?

You can earn ranks and tokens by completing various tasks in the community. These tasks may include participating in discussions, making purchases, leaving reviews, or submitting content. By completing these tasks, you will accumulate tokens and automatically progress through the ranks. The more active and engaged you are, the more rewards you will earn, which will help you move up the ranks and accumulate tokens that can be exchanged for plan renewals or custom development services.

Is there a limit to the number of tokens I can earn?

There are currently 9 rank levels, but there is no limit to the number of tokens you can earn. As long as you continue to participate in the community, you can accumulate tokens without any restrictions.

How do I check my current rank and token balance?

Only registered users can view their current rank and token balance. To check your status, simply log into your account and visit the My Account page. Then, go to the “Ranks” tab, where you can see a detailed breakdown of your rank, token balance, and any available rewards.

No. We do not offer refunds, as each subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You’re encouraged to test all tools and features during that period before committing to a paid plan.

How long does delivery take?

All subscription-based plans (Essential, Professional, Elite) provide immediate access to the download archive after payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to download the full product package from your account dashboard.
License activation for NinjaTrader is handled manually and typically takes 10–15 minutes during business hours.

Please note:
In rare cases, due to time zone differences or weekends, license activation may be slightly delayed. All orders are reviewed and confirmed — no subscriptions are left unattended.

If you encounter an error, please send us the log information, usually highlighted in orange. We will analyze it, work on a solution, and release an updated version of the product if necessary.
