Who we are
Advanced Software Features (advancedsoftwarefeatures.com) is operated by Andrii Hontsa, a registered individual entrepreneur in Ukraine and a licensed NinjaTrader vendor providing trading software for NinjaTrader 8 users.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

Our software does not collect data
Our NinjaTrader products do not collect or transmit any personal or trading data. All calculations run locally on your computer.
Any log files created by our software are stored only on your computer and are never sent to us automatically. If you choose to send us logs or screenshots for support, we use them only to resolve your request.
To activate your license, we register your email address in NinjaTrader’s licensing system; license verification is performed by NinjaTrader.
Personal data we collect on the website
- Purchases and accounts: name, email, billing address, country, order history, IP address. Card payments are processed by monobank (Universal Bank JSC) through its secure payment page; we never see or store your card details. For each card payment, an electronic fiscal receipt required by Ukrainian law is issued through Checkbox (software cash register) with the order items and amount.
- Contact form: name, email and your message, sent to us by email to answer you.
- Custom development request form: name, email, the description of the tool you need, your answers in the form and any files you attach, used to answer you and to prepare the work you ask for. This form is processed by Forminit.
- Newsletter (if you subscribe): name, email, and email open/click statistics.
- Analytics (if you allow analytics cookies): website usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from the IP address, shop events such as adding to cart) via Google Analytics, Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and technical purposes.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Delivering and licensing products, support, processing payments: to perform our contract with you.
- Keeping accounting and tax records: to meet our legal obligations.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud: our legitimate interest in a safe service.
- Newsletters and analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our services:
- WordPress / WooCommerce
- Our hosting provider
- monoPay (monobank payment processing)
- Checkbox (software cash register: fiscal receipts for card payments)
- Odoo (email newsletters)
- Google Analytics (Google Site Kit)
- Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics (Automattic)
- Google Fonts (the website’s typeface, loaded from Google’s servers)
- Gravatar (Automattic: profile pictures next to reviews and comments)
- Forminit (receives the custom development request form)
- NinjaTrader (license management)
When a page loads the typeface from Google Fonts or a profile picture from Gravatar, your browser sends your IP address to Google or Automattic; this is needed to show the page, and they do not set cookies for it. If you post a review or comment, your email address is turned into a code (hash) that Gravatar uses to find your picture.
They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and affiliate links
We use necessary cookies for login and the cart. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time. Some links on our site are affiliate links (e.g., NinjaTrader, QuantVPS, Bulenox, PropFirmConnector); these partners may set their own cookies when you click them.
We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; you can block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
- Order and billing records, including fiscal receipts: as long as required by tax law.
- Account data: while your account exists and for a reasonable period after.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Support materials (logs, screenshots): only as long as needed to resolve your request.
- Contact and development requests: as long as needed to answer them and, for ordered work, to deliver and support it.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in any email.
EU/UK users also have the right to receive their data in a portable format, to restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their country.
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them and to have it deleted or corrected; we will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
We will respond within 30 days at support@advancedsoftwarefeatures.com.
International transfers
