After subscribing, download the pack from your member account – one archive with everything: indicators, strategies, AddOns and tools.
Import it in NinjaTrader 8 (Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On) and restart NinjaTrader – there is no import order to follow.

Requires NinjaTrader 8.1.8.3 64-bit or newer.
